Furthermore the Lower Hall is an ideal facility for morning registration and can be used as a dedicated catering area throughout the day so your meeting can go uninterrupted in the Galileo Suite located on the first floor. With full disabled access this facility is ideal for those looking to bring together a large group of delegates.

The Galileo Suite can seat up to 275 delegates and has full blackout facilities including its own in-house PA system, 3 Plasma Screens and access to all the up-to-date technical equipment that will facilitate any event organiser needs.

With up to 20 breakout areas of varying sizes within the Racecourse there is more than enough breakout space to choose from.
