This smart new facility was officially opened on the 6th June 2002 by Lady Mansfield and Mike O'Malley, the Provost of Perth.

It has been designed for the exclusive use of Owners and Trainers on racedays.

The facility is also available for hire all year round on non - racedays to host:-

· Private or Corporate Events
· Exhibitions
· Wedding Receptions
· Private Parties
· Company / Private Dinners
· Conferences
and other functions.

Menus and packages are tailored to suit individual requirements, by new caterers Azure. The smart comfortable dining room seats up to 100 people.
A lounge area with leather easy chairs and a well stocked bar completes the facility.

The facility looks out onto the Parade ring and has a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
