Torrid Kentavr (11-8 fav), ridden by Vinnie Keane, lifted the Famous Grouse Handicap Chase for Malton trainer Brian Ellison and Newcastle owner Graeme Redpath.
"I was always confident of winning and he stayed on well", said Keane of the seven-year-old, following his defeat of the Tom George-trained Cobbet.
Transit (11-4 fav), also trained by Ellison and owned by Graeme Redpath, won the Genesis Oil and Gas Intermediate Handicap Hurdle to secure a first-ever double for Hawick - born conditional jockey Gary Berridge.
Berridge, 23, also won on Len Lungo's Monolith (100-30) in the colours of the 16,000-member Elite Racing Club.
Lungo's Full Irish (2-7 fav), the subject of a £10,000 bet, was one of three winners at the two-day fixture for Perth's top jockey Tony Dobbin.
Dobbin, 32, also scored on You're A Gassman (2-5 fav) for Ferdy Murphy and the Nicky Richards-trained Westmeath Flyer (9-2).
Hawick-born conditional jockey Scott Marshall,18, celebrated his first jumping winner on the Nicky Richards-trained Tony The Piler (12-1).
Jim Goldie-trained Double You Cubed (9-2) lifted the Allied Irish Bank (GB) Handicap Chase under Graham Lee.
Gloucestershire trainer Tom George sent Tulipa (9-2) and Travel (11-2) on the 770- mile round trip to Scone Palace Park to win in the famous colours of London owner Mrs Sharon Nelson. Philip and Sharon Nelson first sponsored at the Perth Festival in 1992 and enjoyed a meeting to remember.
Susan Bradburne-trained Ta Ta For Now (6-1), ridden by her son Mark, won the intermediate chase in the colours of Lochearnhead owner Mrs Ginny Stewart and the Jane Hollands-ridden Nisbet (9-4) powered to a 16 length victory in the novices' hunters' chase for Melrose trainer Maxine Bremner and Gattonside owners Mrs Ann Rutherford and the Countess of Lanesborough.
