Champion jump jockey Tony McCoy and Jonjo O'Neill sealed 20-1 trebles with Dancer Life (11-2), Global Challenge (13-8) and Square Mile (1-4 fav) at a sun-drenched Perth.

McCoy excelled in winning the £15,000 totepool Handicap Hurdle on the J P McManus-owned Dancer Life, staying on strongly to secure a three length victory, and the 30-year-old Ulsterman received a rousing reception for his success on Global Challenge.

"It is great to get to 49 winners on July 1, and I was very pleased to win on Global Challenge, " said the nine-times champion.

Slad trainer Tom George and Jason Maguire teamed up to secure a marvellous four-timer at the two-day fixture with Nowator (9-2), Dawton (2-1 fav), Redskin Raider (7-4 fav) and Cool Dante (4-1). George said: "We love sending horses to Perth as the prize money is brilliant for summer jumping and we are always very well received. I am thrilled to have had ten winners at Perth this year."

Redskin Raider attracted a massive £21000-£12000 bet and Cool Dante landed a £16,000 - £4,000 each-way wager to leave bookmakers reeling.

Jim Goldie's Jallastep (11-4 fav), the final leg of a superb 194-1 treble for Irishman Richard McGrath, gained a thrilling success for Ray and Anita Green at Scone Palace Park.

Martin Todhunter saddled Manoubi (100-30), Tony Dobbin's 9th Perth winner in 2004 and Alfy Rich (13-8 fav) to secure two winners for Seahouses owner Keith Sobey and his wife Hazel.
