Have you ever fancied enjoying the delights of Racehorse Ownership without the crippling costs?  At Perth Racecourse we are always looking for ways of making the experience of coming racing even more enjoyable than it is and the feeling is we might have a winner here.

The intention is to form a Racing Club run under the auspices of Perth Racecourse. Initially one or two horses would be leased or purchased, trained locally and with the intention of running at Perth whenever possible.

Just think, you can come racing to watch your own horse, gain entry to the Parade Ring to meet your jockey (and hopefully the Winners Enclosure !!). I am exploring the possibility of sharing a room with the Tote for syndicate members to use on all our racedays and not just when a club horse was running, trips will be arranged to watch your horse or horses on the gallops etc. Full details of proposed benefits are given below and all this could be yours for an annual payment of £300 (or £150 up front and ten monthly payments by standing order of £15).

We need to gauge the level of interest for this venture ( intention is to be up and running for the festival meeting in April) and would ask you, if you are interested to hear more ,to complete the tear off portion of this letter and return it to us. On the other hand if you would like to call me, or George Godsman who will be running the Owners Group for us, we will be pleased to hear from you.

We are going to limit membership to 100 and it is going to be first come first served so don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to become involved in The Sport of Kings from the inside. Your idea for the best name for our syndicate would also be most welcome.
