Gordon Elliott enjoyed a Thursday Perth treble with Noble Birth, Ash Tree Meadow and Keepthefaithinme, with the first two partnered by bang-in-form Sean Bowen while Corey McGivern rode the final leg.

The former won the opening Generate Income From Horizon Parking Maiden Hurdle at Perth’s Summer Raceday, with Ash Tree Meadow a convincing scorer in the Secure Air Parks Edinburgh Airport Parking Novices’ Limited Handicap Chase.

Keepthefaithinme completed the treble in the Gleneagles Project Services Programme Management Conditional Jockeys’ Handicap Hurdle as Elliott moved on to the 199-winner mark at the Scone track.

Elliott said: “It all started here for me with my very first winner, Arresting, ridden by Richard Johnson in 2006. We’ve enjoyed bringing horses over ever since and our owners love coming too. I hope the 200th winner for the yard here won’t be far away!”

Golden Taipan impressed in the AEJ. Specialists In Facilities Management Handicap Chase feature on his first crack at three miles. Ridden by Liam Harrison and trained by Fergal O’Brien, he slammed the favourite Getaway Goldie by two-and-a-half lengths.

Harrison said: “He stayed without any problems, and he has options now over this trip and 2m 4f. He’s a good jumper and he settles well which helps him stay. There should be plenty of nice races to aim him at.”

Elsewhere Glen Ava repeated her recent course and distance success in the Event Parking With Horizon Parking Novices’ Handicap Hurdle for Conor O’Farrell and Iain Jardine.

O’Farrell said: “She’s in great form and loves bowling along in front. This is the way to ride her, and she’s done really well since coming over from Ireland.”
