Competition Rules

If you'd like to enter one of our great competitions then you need to know all of the details here!

1. All competitions are run by Perth Racecourse
2. All prizes are as described and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods
3. If applicable, by entering our competition your name will be added to our mailing list. As per Data Protection Act Rules you can opt out of this at any time
4. Unless otherwise stated your data will not be shared with any other third parties
5. Competitions will be drawn by 5pm on the closing date noted
6. Winners name will be drawn electronically at random and the decision is final
7. We will notify the winner by email or posting on social media
8. Should the winner not respond we will redraw the competition after one week
