Your going to the Races!!
Now you have made your booking and secured your tickets, its time to make sure you are prepared for entry. We have a few tips on how to make sure you have everything ready for meeting our team members at the gates and turnstiles. Including how to share tickets to friends and family who may be coming along with you.
You can "Send tickets" to other members of your party so they also have their own ticket ready for arrival.
1 QR Code - 1 Person
Each person attending with you will require a ticket which will have a unique QR code. You must have a QR code per person within your booking. If you are a group of X10, you should have X10 QR codes.
Please do not present the "Welcome" email that is sent to all ticket holders with important information, in the run up to the event, This is NOT your ticket of entry.
Whether you are a Racecourse Member, Hosptality or general entry grandstand ticket holder, All enclosure gates will have staff members ready to scan your QR code ticket.
We want all of our customer's to have the most wonderful experience and enter our course as quickly and as smoothly as possible - you can help us achieve this;
If you have not already pre-purchased your tickets online - you may be able to puchase tickets for general entry on the day. These can be purchased at our turnstile gate either by cash or card.
Buy on the day tickets are subject to availability. Should an event sell out or reach the maximum capacity, you will not be able to purchase an entry ticket on arrival, we recommend pre-booking your tickets to avoid disappointment.
